Grameen Capital Management Limited (GCML) was incorporated on January 25, 1998, as a private limited company with an authorized capital of TK 40.00 crore and an initial paid-up capital of TK 20 million. The paid-up capital of GCML was increased to TK 35.00 crore on October 17, 2021, and further increased to TK 35.02 crore on December 29, 2024.
